Meet Our Team
Michael Christine
Michael Christine was born in Hollywood, California where his father had for 20 years the first restaurant at CBS studios where films and tv shows are produced. His father also invented the first catering trucks there and eventually had a fleet of 27 trucks here in Az after Michael family moved here to AZ. Thereafter his family had a restaurant for 15 years in Sun City Az where Michael worked part time and while in college on 3 academic scholarships started his beginning produce business birthed from his conversion in high school for a plant-based diet. His business developed with the purpose to bring healthy food including organics to the Az community based in service, cost efficiency ,and quality produce. This commitment started in the early 1980s and has continued with a diversity in dry goods and paper goods. Michael has continued to source farms and growers locally and from California, Mexico and international markets to create a wide spectrum of wholesome foods and supplies to the food service industry.
